The Roseate is an uber luxury urban resort located on the National Highway-8. Team PROPre decided to explore this resort to find out what is the hype all about.

The moment we entered the property we were greeted by the lush greenery while we drove our way to the main entrance. Awaiting us was a beautiful water body on our right and a 3D motif as we opened the huge brown door to make our way in. While we headed to the reception, we were informed that all the shapes and curves of the property give the feel of a book, you turn the leaf of the book to see the next page.
We were amazed to see a little water body at the reception as well.
At the reception, we were then informed that the property has been built on 8 acres of land and around several water bodies and 1000 trees.
We were welcomed with a refreshing drink, “Moksha“.
We headed towards our room to get some rest. On our way, we witnessed the most beautiful landscape and greenery. The Roseate has 50 elegantly furnished and spacious rooms. The two categories of rooms are The Garden View and The Pool View Rooms.
The Garden View Room:
The Garden View Room has the view of 4-strong pillars and lush green gardens and water bodies of The Roseate. Have a look at the view from the room:
The Pool-View Room:
This is the highest category of room available at The Roseate. The room boasts of a stylish in-room bathtub, placed at one corner of the bedroom. While the bathroom has the facility of Steam.
The room has a pool-view, hence the name. Some part of the swimming pool area can be accessed by stepping out of the room.
After experiencing our luxurious rooms, we stepped out to explore the huge The Roseate! The property features the longest swimming pool in New Delhi amidst the beautiful greenery.

There is also a Yoga and Meditation Area in the open, under the sky. During Winters, a Yoga instructor assists the guests interested in doing yoga at the centre in the morning.
After exploring the health amenities of the resort, we were curious to have a look at the dining options here, there are two: Chi Ni and Kiyan. There is also a Bar named Iah.
Chi Ni means to “Come and Eat”.
With a seating capacity of 140, Chi Ni includes Private Dining Rooms, Indoor Dining, Winery, Bar setting by the Chef Lek Bunnag. Have a look at this Oriental Cuisine restaurant:
Kiyan, a spectacular starlit fine dining experience; it boasts culinary delights from Europe, the Far East and India. It is an all-day dining restaurant.
For the first time in India, tea connoisseurs will be able to experience luxury tea products from TWG Tea at Kiyan at The Roseate New Delhi.
Iah, the Bar is elegantly decked, has Live piano music, which adds to the breathtaking ambience.
