Hotel Pullman, New Delhi

Team PROPre decided to explore this beautiful, elegant and modishly designed Accor property, Pullman. Hotel Pullman is located in close proximity to the Indira Gandhi International Airport, the metro station and the business & leisure city of Gurgaon, and multi-brand DLF Promenade and Emporio.

Address: Asset No 02 GMR Hospitality District, New Delhi, 110037

Once in the property, we were fascinated by the huge reception. The hotel is built on the theme of “Peacock” and the fragments of the same can be seen throughout the property.

The colours, design and decor will give you the feel of the theme at every step.

Post our check-in at 1400 hours, we headed towards the room through the beautiful lobby.

We were stuck in awe when we entered the room. We were amazed by the contemporary style and decor as we checked out the room.

The spa-inspired bathroom:

The rooms at Pullman features four fixture bathroom, LED TV, sound system, electronic safe and responsive climate control. Each Executive room offers modern amenities in sophisticated accents. Suite privileges include access to the Executive Lounge.

The view from our room:

After a while, we stepped out to explore the cullinary options.

Before we introduce you to the eateries at Pullman, let’s amaze you with a concept followed by this property. The hotel’s Director of Cullinary, Chef Ajay Anand believes in the concept of “Farm to Table“. Hence, hotel has its own Herb Garden. Have a look at the colourful garden which grows seasonal vegetables including basil, peppermint, spearmint, tomatoes, cauliflour, chillies, broccoli and so much more!

We had lunch at the lobby level restaurant, Pluck. It serves North Indian and European cuisine. The restaurant boasts its seasonal menu and veggies grown in the kitchen garden, which are used to prepare the dishes. One of its kind in New Delhi, the food served here doesn’t just taste fresh but smells fresh.

Pluck has a Tea Lounge – Tea Deli. It offers 18 different specialities of tea from across the world.

The bar at Pullman, Pling, or let’s call it a vibrant luxury lounge!

Pling offers an unbelievable variety of cocktails and mocktails hand-crafted by their expert mixologist – Topesh Chhaterjee. Pling doesn’t use artificial syrups and flavors. The team creates their own natural jams, marmalades, and in-house bitters.

Before heading towards next eatery, we were informed that the property follows the concept of “Vinoteca“- Tap Wine, which means the wine can be directly served in the glass from a tap, without any need for even purchasing the entire bottle!

Next, we headed towards the Cafe Pluck – the extention of Pluck. The cafe brews its own coffee every morning. You can also enjoy some mouth-watering desserts right here. Cafe Pluck follows the concept of “bean to cup.”

They import coffee beans from Chikkamagaluru district in the Indian state of Karnataka.

Cafe Pluck over-looks the “Chill Out Zone” of the property.

Next, is Honk, the oriental cuisine restaurant: which has a live counter, an indoor and outdoor seating.

The hotel is a delight to all the business travellers. There are 13 co meeting rooms and 2 boardrooms accompanied by a huge pre-function area for meetings, conferences and business events.

The pre-function area is adorned with the photographies of the most famous Indian photographers:

Pullman offers a huge outdoor swimming pool.

The property boasts an in-house wellness centre: Woo Spa and Salon.
